Sharon Sherpa

Sharon Sherpa is the Operations Manager at Avenue, where she combines business savvy, global perspective, and creativity to keep things running smoothly. She graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Business and a concentration in Marketing, minors in Japanese and Multimedia, and a Global Business Certificate from the Lundquist College of Business.

Before becoming Operations Manager, Sharon gained experience as a Digital Marketing Intern at Avenue in 2021, supporting clients with digital marketing and project management. Now, she uses her marketing expertise and passion for process development to optimize operations, support sales efforts, and foster a positive team culture at Avenue.

Outside of work, Sharon enjoys strength training, learning new languages, creating videos, and spending time with family and friends.

With her ability to blend creativity and strategy, Sharon ensures the team stays on track—while making it all look effortless.
